Installation of ultrasonic transducer
For the installation of ultrasonic transducer, we can install the transducer after doing the above work well. The specific steps are to apply the adhesive to the contact surface of transducer and screen frame respectively, and the application time shall not exceed 10 minutes to avoid the glue drying affecting the adhesive effect; if the relative temperature is too low, the glue container can be placed in 60 ℃ warm water to ensure the viscosity of glue water;
Precautions for disassembly and assembly of ultrasonic transducer:
1. It should not be removed forcefully to avoid damage to the grid structure;
2. Be careful when scraping the residue of the grid, and do not cause physical damage to the adhesive surface;
3. Clean the installation position in time to make its surface smooth and clean;
4. During installation, the transducer should be installed vertically, and one side must not be tilted to affect the use;
5. During installation, it is possible to compress the transducer so that there is no gap or bubble between the transducer and the grid.
