15khz/2600W/3200W BANRY Non-woven fabric ultrasonic welding transducers with booster horn
As mentioned before, because the ceramic chip is an insulator, you can almost understand that the transducer is not electrified, it is just like a capacitor. In order to make the transducer work, in fact, it is through the drive circuit to apply AC high voltage to it, so that the capacitance of the transducer is charged and discharged. Under the action of alternating electric field, the piezoelectric ceramic plate does synchronous stretching deformation, forming the longitudinal vibration of the whole transducer, thus driving the vibration of the horn and the mold.
Therefore, if the capacitance matching is not good, the lighter is that the transducer is weak and the welding is not firm; the heavier is that the transducer is seriously heated, and the electrode piece and the high-power tube of the power supply are burned.
