Ultrasonic PCB high power generator group: when the power of ultrasonic exceeds 3000W, multiple generators need to be combined for use, which can be installed in the electric cabinet box according to the requirements, beautiful and generous.
In order to improve the complex defects of the machine adjustment process, the ultrasonic PCB machine upgrades and updates the circuits, programs and components. After more than two years of repeated testing and factory practice, the new intelligent ultrasonic PCB generator with complete functions and simple adjustment is launched:
(1) With timing function, it can realize timing switch;
(2) . it has frequency sweep function to realize frequency sweep washing;
(3) . it can display the ultrasonic frequency, output wattage and current at the same time, making the display more intuitive;
(4) . it has over-current, overload and overheat protection functions;
(5) The machine adopts high-power IBGT amplification output driving transducer, which makes the ultrasonic more powerful in liquid cavitation;
(6) This machine adopts PWM control chip to realize high efficiency dynamic response;
