The principle of ultrasonic rubber cutter is to convert 50 / 60Hz current into 20, 30 or 40KHz electric energy through ultrasonic generator. The converted high-frequency electric energy is converted into mechanical vibration of the same frequency again through the transducer, and then the mechanical vibration is transmitted to the cutter through a set of amplitude modulator device which can change the amplitude. The ultrasonic rubber cutting knife vibrates in the form of 10-70 μ m amplitude along its length direction, and repeats 40000 times (40 kHz) per second (the vibration of its blade is microscopic, which is difficult to be seen by the naked eye generally). The cutter then transmits the received vibration energy to the cutting surface of the workpiece to be cut. In this area, the vibration energy is cut by activating the rubber molecular energy and opening the molecular chain.
