ultrasonic converter 35khz 500W for High power welding machine
The ultrasonic transducer is used together with the ultrasonic plastic welding machine. The purpose is to weld the plastic products. The ultrasonic plastic welding machine has different sizes and specifications due to different occasions and welding materials. Its output power is from manual welding.
There are two kinds of tool heads with and without amplitude amplification. The acoustic system tool heads for plastic welding machines are usually made of aluminum alloy. The end face of the tool heads is plated with hard alloy. When the power is large, the tool heads are also made of titanium alloy. The fatigue strength of the tool heads is more than twice that of aluminum alloy.
