Industrial immersible ultrasonic cleaner for Aluminium and titanium alloys 28khz
The transducer adopts Swiss Ciba glue bonding and advanced bonding technology to ensure that the transducer will never fall off. The ultrasonic frequencies are 25kHz, 28kHz, 40KHz, 58khz, 68KHz, 80kHz, 100kHz and 120kHz.
2. The ultrasonic vibration plate is formed by high quality δ 2.5mm316 stainless steel die, which completely solves the problem of water leakage. After special treatment of the radiation surface of the vibration box, the life of the vibration box is increased by more than 50% without affecting the ultrasonic effect. Products are widely used in electroplating, coating, electrophoresis, painting and other processes of pre-treatment and post-treatment processes, with the characteristics of convenient operation, easy replacement, no collision between workpieces and so on. It can work continuously and is suitable for mass production. The cleaning tank is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, which is acid and alkali resistant and durable.
3. The ultrasonic generator adopts the "Branson" process of the United States, and combines the high-power IGBT integrated circuit researched and developed by our company to ensure the strong output of ultrasonic power.
