The procedures of ultrasonic cleaner are as follows:
① feeding: semi-automatic feeding can be adopted for object feeding.
② piezoelectric transducer: most of the ultrasonic cleaners at home and abroad use piezoelectric transducer to explore L-shaped structure. The transducer usually consists of two piezoelectric ceramic chips.
One ultrasonic cleaner uses multiple transducers, which are bonded to the bottom of the cleaning cylinder by adhesive and connected in parallel to form a transducer of the cleaning machine. The distance between the transducer elements (about the frequency 20kh4, it is usually better to be 5-10 mm, which is too large to simply cause zigzag oscillation, and the oscillating plate is corroded, and the radiation surface is relatively reduced together.
Universal ultrasonic cleaners are widely used in electronics, wall clocks, optics, machinery, cars, aviation, atomic energy industry, medical devices and many other professions. The special ultrasonic cleaner is usually installed on the production line for cleaning certain objects. The typical ultrasonic cleaning equipment for soft magnetic equipment can be discharged after spraying, drying and other processes, so that the cleaned objects can be directly packed and warehoused.
There is also a kind of ultrasonic vapor-phase ultrasonic cleaner, which uses organic solvent as cleaning fluid, has a strong ability to dissolve dust and dirt, and is used to clean semiconductor chips and other objects with high requirements of cleanliness.
