Application of ultrasonic vibrator in extraction of traditional Chinese Medicine
The ultrasonic vibrator can be used to extract the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine. Firstly, the extraction solvent is added into the container, the Chinese herbal medicine is crushed or cut into granules as required, and then put into the extraction solvent; the ultrasonic generator is turned on, the ultrasonic vibrating rod is installed on the top of the extraction tank, and the ultrasonic wave is sent out to the extraction solvent. On the one hand, the "cavitation effect" and mechanical effect produced by the ultrasonic wave in the extraction solvent can effectively break the cell wall of the herbal medicine, so that On the other hand, it can accelerate the molecular movement of the extraction solvent, make the extraction solvent and the effective components in the medicine contact quickly, dissolve and mix with each other.
The excellent temperature of ultrasonic vibrating rod extraction is 40-60 ℃, so no boiler is needed to provide steam heating, which is beneficial to energy conservation and environmental pollution improvement. What's more, it has a protective effect on the active ingredients in the medicinal materials which are unstable in heat, easy to hydrolyze or oxidize. Generally speaking, the ultrasonic vibrating rod can achieve excellent results when it is operated for about 30 minutes. Compared with the traditional technology, the extraction efficiency is greatly improved, and it is not limited by the composition properties and molecular weight of traditional Chinese medicine. It is suitable for the extraction of most kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and various components (including liquid-liquid extraction and solid-liquid extraction). Therefore, the use of ultrasonic vibrator for extraction of traditional Chinese medicine has been more and more widely used by pharmaceutical companies.
