Extraction system
It mainly includes ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn and ultrasonic tool head, which are used to generate ultrasonic vibration and transmit the vibration energy to the liquid.
Ultrasonic transducer
To convert the input electric energy into mechanical energy, the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is usually several microns.
Ultrasonic horn
Because the amplitude of the ultrasonic transducer is not enough, it needs to connect the ultrasonic horn, amplify the amplitude according to the design requirements, isolate the reaction solution and the ultrasonic transducer, and also play the role of fixing the whole ultrasonic vibration equipment.
Ultrasonic tool head
The utility model is connected with a luffing rod, which transmits the ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, and then the tool head transmits the ultrasonic energy to the chemical reaction liquid for ultrasonic extraction.

High frequency and high power current is generated to drive ultrasonic vibration parts. The power of ultrasonic generator can be adjusted to adapt to different working conditions. The generator can also be integrated with time sequence controller according to the need to set the control time of ultrasonic vibration and intermittent time.
