The ultrasonic tooth cleaning transducer includes a working tip, a horn, a front cover plate and a piezoelectric ceramic sheet of PZT-4 piezoelectric ceramic material. The front cover plate is connected with the horn at one end, and the outer end of the front cover plate is connected with the piezoelectric ceramic sheet. The front cover plate is provided with a water connecting hole and a first connecting hole. The working tip and the center of the horn rod are respectively provided with a first through hole and a first connecting hole. The second through hole, the water receiving hole, the first connecting hole, the first through hole and the second through hole are interconnected.
