The new generation of intelligent automatic frequency chasing waterproof plate ultrasonic welding machine, also known as ultrasonic waterproof plate hot melt gasket (ring) welding machine, is suitable for the riveting, spot welding and positioning of new secondary lining waterproof plate paving equipment for thermoplastic products such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, EVA, ECB, PP, PPR tunnel waterproof plate and hot melt gasket (ring).
Waterproof board ultrasonic welding machine converts 220V, 50Hz current into 20KHz high voltage electric energy through ultrasonic generator. Then the electric energy is transformed into ultrasonic energy through the ultrasonic transducer (i.e. the high frequency mechanical vibration energy whose frequency exceeds the human ear hearing). The energy is transmitted vertically to the waterproof board through the welding head, which melts the joint surface of the plastic waterproof board after severe friction with tens of thousands of ultrasonic frequencies and certain amplitudes per second. The transient pressure maintained on the workpiece after vibration stops makes the plastic waterproof board and hot melt gasket solidify as a whole by molecular linkage. Generally, the welding time is less than 2 seconds, and the welding strength obtained is comparable to that of the body.
