Ultrasonic cleaners use sounds waves between 20 and 400 kHz to clean objects. An industrial ultrasonic cleaner usually relies on cavitations caused by the ultrasonic waves to perform the cleaning. Solvents with lower surface tensions will produce greater cleaning action. Choose a solvent your contaminants are soluble in. A higher frequency ultrasonic cleaner is generally capable of cleaning with greater detail and a bit more gently. A low frequency ultrasonic cleaner is generally considered a coarse instrument. These cleaners transform low-frequency AC current into 40 kHz high-frequency sound waves via a piezoelectric transducer. The transducer creates sinusoidal waves, which in turn cause cavitation—the formation and violent collapse of minute vacuum bubbles in the solution. These implosions thoroughly scrub every surface with which the solution makes contact, yet are not harsh on delicate items. Cleaners also feature “sweep” frequency that provides uniform cleaning throughout the tank by creating overlapping ultrasonic waves and eliminating inconsistent cleaning due to areas of intense ultrasonic activity.

Operation Instruction:
1. Before using it ,you should check that whether the pressure of electrical source and the pressure
of machine are the same or not.
2. Inspecting that if the pressure of electrical source have earth device.
3. Putting the machine to the stable working place to make sure that working efficiency.
4. According to the quantity of something inpouring proper washing liquor to the machine.
5. Connecting to the pressure of electrical source.
6. Opening the pressure of electrical source.
7. After washing and then close the pressure of electrical source.
8. After washing ,please pour off the fluid ,for fear that it rust and wet the pot.
